Any dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You understand that you are waiving the right to a jury trial. Arbitration shall take place in Colorado, United States.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US.
